575 Miishien Brand Introduction

575 Miishien was founded in 2016. The founder is Mr. Jeff Wang, who lives in California, USA, and aims to promote Yunnan rice noodles to the world, Mr. Wang Jiefu is from Yunnan, and he is also the only standard drafter of

Yunnan GuoqiaoRice Noodles who lives overseas.

By chance, Mr. Wang Jiefu saw the story of the US Flying Tigers hump flight to support China's anti-war supplies during World War II. Mr. Wang Jeff was deeply moved by the touching story of the "Aluminum Valley” where 1, 500planes were wrecked (American Time Weekly) and the young man of the American Flying Tigers eating rice noodles in Kunming to celebrate that he was still alive.

Mr. Wang Jiefu decided to reproduce the bowl of heroic rice noodles in the United States to commemorate the friendship between the Chinese and American people. Through the promotion of rice noodles, we will awaken everyone to cherish the precious peaceful years now.

575 Yunnan Rice Noodles was rated as the best rice noodle in the United States in 2018 by American experts on the tip of the tongue, Eat food and more.

When Mr. Wang Jiefu returned to Yunnan for brand story promotion and speeches, he once saidt his to various big names in the industry:

575米线(Miishien)始创于2016年,创始人是旅居美国加州的王杰夫先生,旨在把云南米线推广到全世界。王杰夫先生是云南人,亦是唯一住在海外的云南过桥米线的标准起草人。

一个偶然的机会,王杰夫先生看到二战期间美国为支援中国抗战物资的飞虎队驼峰航线的故事。故事中1500架飞机残骸的"铝谷"(美国时代周刊)和美国飞虎队员小伙子在昆明吃米线庆祝还活着的感人故事,深深打动了王杰夫先生。

王杰夫先生决定在美国复刻那一碗英雄的米线来纪念中美两国人民曾经并厂的友谊。通过推广米线来唤醒大家珍惜现在弥足珍贵的和平岁月。
